Rebecca Levitan PA, Broker Associate
Raised in Maine, I have been involved in sales since 1982. I have always been an overachiever and am known for my attention to details. With a proven track record in real estate sales, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals and dreams. Since moving to Florida in the fall of 2010 and beginning my real estate career, I have achieved stunning results.
I have been the top producer in my local community since 2011, and since 2014 have achieved the goal of being in the top 75 Realtors in the greater Bonita Springs/Naples area out of a total of 4,000 active Brokers. My sales have been in excess of $20,000,000 per year and growing steadily. I truly believe one of the most important tributes to my success is listening to my customers’ needs and then working towards making a match that accomplishes that goal.
My past prior to moving to Florida was interesting! I managed to successfully work with my husband in business ventures for 15 years. Now that is a feat in itself! We owned an Inn Consulting business where my responsibility as a Commercial Real Estate Broker was to sell Bed & Breakfast Inns throughout the United States. We also ran a very successful fifteen room Bed and Breakfast Inn on the Coast of Maine with a fine dining restaurant. We had extremely interesting guests including Julia Child several times.
I am an avid tennis player and a want to be golfer! However, I need the golf fairies to sprinkle a little dust on me to achieve that! I enjoy walks with my dog Ali, who is a very lovable Havanese who also enjoys local real estate. Lastly, I am proud to be with my husband Howard, who was instrumental in achieving the incorporation of the Village of Estero and he is now the Vice-Mayor.
I look forward to meeting and working with you!
Meet Ali Levitan…
I became part of the family as an early Christmas gift in December, 2011. I am a Havanese and got right into Real Estate with my Mom and play a very important role as her Administrative Assistant. My duties are varied including checking out the local real estate, going to photo shoots, contributing to newsletters, and watching guard over the office door when Mom is busy.
Occasionally, I happen to rearrange her desk just to let her know who is boss!
As a thank you for working with us for the purchase or sale of your home, after the closing we will make a donation to the Lee County Animal Shelter to help other less fortunate dogs. Thank you again for working with us!
